How to order

Watch the general guideline on how to order on our website 

Click the “Get started” button in the header menu bar or in the bottom layout of every page. A designing flow will appear and the customers are required to fill the forms.

Customers are able to customize their product on the basis of inlay material, frame, writings, quantities, etc. At the end of the form, customers are required to upload the document required to design the marquetry.

A confirmation email will be sent to the customer regarding the order

Our design team will bring you a proposal within 24 hour and if the customer agrees with proposal, Our support team will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your specification and to proceed for the payment gateway.

Once you have placed your order and have paid, production is completed and ready for shipping. Our sales team will email you the tracking number.

What is the problem you Encounter?

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payments through Stripe gateway are accepted.

How do I handle failed payments?

If a payment had failed, suspend it and reallocate it. If any amount is debited from the bank account in the failed payment, it will be refunded within 3-7 working days.

Where can I find a discount code?

Discount code can be found in any page of the website or in the design flow when it becomes available in future.

How will I know that my payment has been accepted?

  You will receive a payment confirmation email soon after your transaction has been processed successfully.

When will you receive the link for payment?

Soon after you have completed the design flow, a design confirmation email will be sent you with the payment link attached to it.

Which locations do you deliver to?

Please enter your pin-code in the design flow to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

What are your delivery times?

Packages are delivered between 09:00 -19:00 from Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sunday and on public holidays.

How is the delivery time calculated

Estimated delivery time is calculated on the following factor:- 1.) Product selected   2.) Buyer's Location  3.) For Gift Packing

Can I modify my delivery address?

You can change the address after placing the order and paying for the same. Please kindly email/contact us after the payment for changing address. This option will be available for 2-3hr after the payment has gone through. Please note that the address can only be changed once and that the estimated delivery time for the order might change post the address change.

What should I do when I receive my order?

All Marquetry products are perfectly sealed before they are shipped to you. Upon receipt, please check the external condition of the package or the box to see if there are signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit. We request you not to sign and accept if you are concerned about the condition of the shipment. Instead hand the package back to the courier and we will replace the item to you within few days. If you find that the product in the box is tampered or missing when you open the package, please contact Themarquetry customer service within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

How to raise a complaint?

Can text be added to a Marquetry?

Yes, Themarquetry allows the customer to design text inlay in the frames. (Joint letters are preferred for designing text inlay)

Will you receive a sample design before you place the order?

Yes you will receive a sample art design of the inlay before you place the order.

What type of requirements are needed for designing?

The prime requirement for designing is to upload an image (in any format) to make design inlay.

Which image format is accepted?

All file formats are accepted and should be less than 10mb.

What types of wood are used for wooden frames?

Our frames comes in mainly of two wood types:- Rosewood and Ebony

Appearance/Coating of the wood.

Marquetry products are available in Glossy and Matte wood finish.

Do the price vary for different type of materials used?

What types of Whitewood are used for wood inlay?

Our Whitewood inlay mainly comes in three types:-Pinewood, Beech, and Cedar.
